Dr. Laurie has 34 years of experience working with parents and children. As a trained professional she worked as a classroom teacher, principal and assistant superintendent. She has earned numerous degrees including a BA in Psychology, Masters in Supervision and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Dr. Laurie's passion and commitment for children continues as a trained Professional Supervised Child Visitation Monitor. Dr. Laurie's professional and personal experiences enhance her abilities to facilitate positive interaction between children and parents. Dr. Laurie received additional training in:

Intake Procedures
Contact Dr. Laurie to schedule your intake meeting

Dr. Laurie will meet with both custodial and non-custodial parents separately.

During the intake meeting, Dr. Laurie will review guidelines and present agreement to be signed by both parents.

Times and locations will be determined and fees/payment is confirmed.
What is the Purpose for Supervised Visitation?
Supervised Visits are designed to assure that a child can have safe contact with an absent parent without having to be placed in the middle of the parents' conflicts or other issues. It is the child's need that is paramount in making any decisions regarding the need for such supervision. Monitored visitation is a tool designed to assist families as they go through difficult and/or transitional times.
